Terraced living with a warm, expansive connection to the outdoors.

A multi-level home organized around terraces, framed views, and generous shared spaces.
The design uses each level to open a different relationship with the site. Warm interior materials and broad glazing maintain a welcoming atmosphere while the stepped massing controls scale.

Constructability
The building problem behind the design.
Stepped foundations and retaining conditions are the key technical items. The build sequence — from the lowest retaining level upward — will be coordinated with the structural drawings so terraces, waterproofing, and drainage are resolved before finishes are planned.
