The idea

A high-end urban home defined by material contrast, verticality, transparency, and calm interiors.

The façade stacks crisp volumes around a tall glazed center. Inside, timber and soft neutral materials temper the concrete and metal language of the exterior.

Constructability

The building problem behind the design.

Vertical construction on a tight urban lot puts the emphasis on staging, crane or hoisting strategy, and party-wall coordination. Structural framing for the projecting balconies and the tall glazed slot will be detailed with the engineer before permits.
